Tp firm yg die dh keje rasenye lbh lar drpd 5 firms. Sumenye rekod baik2 punye. Keje 2-3 bln cabut, kne pecat lar..xconfirm lar..dipakse utk resign lar.

1 ofis dgn aku. Semenjak die masuk, ade seorang partner & seorang lawyer yg dh resign sbb menyampah dgn perangai die. Kaki bodek & kaki hasut boss. Tahap hipokrit & kurang ajar & drama queen beliau sgt tinggi - tahap dewa. Aku xpnh jumpe manusia mcm ni.

Keje die hr2 cr psl dgn org. Hari ni attack A, esok attack B, lusa attack C, tulat attack D. Itu je keje die. Dan dgn bangganye mengeluarkan kata2 spt:-

"diorang sume akan mati"

"i nak pecat sume orang"

"sume org xbuat keje, i sorang saje yg busy dkt ofis ni"

eh babi btul lar ko nih kan. 

lepas die attack orang, htr email kt sume org, bende kecik jd bsr, bnde xde isu jd big issue, purposely cc sume email dkt boss utk pin point kslhn org. Tp bile sdiri buat slh, cpt2 cr jln utk slhkan clerk die. Bangang! Ko tu kan lawyer? Ko lar yg kne bertanggungjawab.

Dan selepas die attack org jugak, die akan buat status MSN die lbh kurang yg mcm ni:-

Si A: sorang partner lelaki. bersifat neutral. tp katenye die pon sbnrnye menyampah dgn sundal ni. tp sbg partner, die xboleh bersikap bias. he knows what has been happening in the ofis, but he doesnt take side. Sundal ni xbrani cr psl & attack die sbb partner ni org kuat bos. Bos akan mmg patah kaki without this partner.

Si B: clerk aku, jantan yang jugak bodoh. Bajet nk rpt dgn pompuan tu igt pompuan tu nk jth hati dgn die.

Si C: pon org kuat bos. Hah sng cite org kuat bos sume mmg si sundal ni xkn cr mslh lar. Die takut affect kt die. And pandai, dgn org kuat bos buat baik hbs. Supaya diorg2 ni akan puji die kt boss. Bangkai lar wei!

Selamat Hari Merdeka ke-55 to all Malaysians!

Yes, Malaysia is now 55 yo. There are lots of things & achievements to be proud of. We have our own car, we have among the tallest building in the world, we have many races in our country yet we can live peacefully --bak kata Najib, our beloved (?) PM, we're 1 Malaysia.

But of all the things to be proud of, I am all disappointed with this year Merdeka's theme & logo -- like wth & wtf? punye disappointed.

Ok, xpyh nk maki2, dgr dlu penjelasan aku nih (yg mne aku rse rmi dh tahu & fhm hujah2 aku kt bwh ni). Ke-tak-suka-an tu bkn disbbkn oleh prsn x suke pd Najib, atau BN, atau UMNO, atau Rosmah, atau Shahrizat (?). Benda ni logik akal, common sense, neutral feeling pon akn rse, bhw tema & moto Merdeka Malaysia thn ni tlh dipolitikkan dgn hbt.

1) Dah name pon Merdeka, maka wajib lar ia bersifat universal. Merdeka ni utk semua rakyat Malaysia. Melayu Cina India BN PAS PKR DAP ke hape2 lg parti banduan alim ulama' PM cleaner. Sume lar (faham x sume?). Janji namenye Malaysians, maka layak lah engko menikmati dan menyambut merdeka! Bila kata universal, sambutan kemerdekaan, tidak boleh langsung dipolitikkan! sbb bile dipolitikkan, cthnye oleh BN, seolah2 kemerdekaan tu hny utk org BN shj. Nampak x? (xnmpk? buta hati, minda & mata!)

2) kalau tny mcm mana kemerdekaan tu dipolitikkan? lg 1 bangang. nampak logo kt atas tu? nampak kt logo tu ade ltk tema? nampak apa tema die? Janji ditepati? Tau tu ayat fav sape? BN lar! Janji ditepati! Janji nk rakyat didahulukan, maka die bg lar mcm2. BR1M, RR1M, KR1M ---- pape lg lar yg aku mls nk amik tau. Bantuan2 tu sume fine. Bantuan krjn utk rakyat --- semua rakyat x kire parti politik (?). Tp apsal pulak BN punye ayat fav jd tema kemerdekaan?

3) Kalaupun krjn kate Janji Ditepati tu bkn BN punye ayat fav, sebaliknye kerajaan yg punye --- bile kerajaan punye, universal lar tuh ---maknenye sume org bole pki lar tu. Tapi aku nk tny, tang mana ayat Janji Ditepati tu b'sifat patriotik? Tang mana?!!!!! Bg lar tema yang menyemarakkkan smgt patriotisme dlm jiwa rakyat. Bkn semangat UMNOsme, atau BNsme. Faham?

4) Logo tu, ade ciri2 merdeka? selain drpd bendera M'sia yg copy paste tu, lain sume hancur. And I bet designer2 kt Malaysia ni terase amat malu dan hina m'jd designer drpd M'sia. (sorry to say).

Sudahnye, sebelum, semasa dan selepas 31.8.2012 thn ni, instead of mendalami dan memahami kemerdekaan thn ini, aku lbh byk memaki. (terima kasih PM sbb tmbh topik nk mengutuk).

Akhir kata, logo PR jauh lbh bagus dan layak dipuji! tp tema, aku rse x brape kne.

Ujian Bulan Puasa

Hah..bln Ramadhan ni kan bln Allah nk bg phla lbh kt kite..makanye ade lar ujian yg Allah turunkan kt kite..t'masuk lar kt aku..

Pagi ni ade kes kt KL High Court..dh lar kne attend dgn bos. Elok aku nk start enjin kete x hidup..bhgn dpn tu kuar some funny noise bile aku duk pusing kunci 2..tsk tsk~nsib baik abah ade kt umah lg time 2..mntk abah check kn..abah kate battery ok lg..mmg pttnye bateri 2 ok lg pon sbb aku bru je tkr bateri 2 brape bln lps. Agk2 lar klu ye pon ko nk jhnm xkn cpt sgt..

Sudahnye, nk kejar mase aku tggl je dlu kete 2 gi keje nek teksi. Mmmg terbaik lar naik cab dr Puchong smpi Jln Duta. Jam hbt x pyh cite tp Alhamdulillah made it in Court b4 9.00 am (i.e before case start). Taxi fare kne RM30.00 lps diskaun bbrp sen. Tp baik abg taxi 2..dlm taxi bukak lagu maher zain je..tenang hati dgr.. :)

Makanye b'sinar2 lar hr aku amik half day kn. Tp pening kpla lak ptg nk kne kuar duit repair kete. Tp lps check2 rupenye mmg bateri kong bkn starter. Hantu punye workshop. Bateri cikai ape ko bg kt aku bru 6 bln pki dh mampos. Sabo jela..nsib baik dpt tkr bateri bru free sbb under warranty. Kalau x naik hantu gak aku bln2 puase nih. Makanye Cik Viva aku dh sht..sian die..asik sakit je..Cik Viva sakit lg byk pki duit dr aku sakit..

p/s: betul lar ckp org..kete ni more to liability instead of an asset!

Galaxy Note buat hal lagi!

Oh yeah..semalam mungkin nyaris2 hp meletop dkt kepala aku sbb??? Balik keje aku charge hp. Ltk dkt kpla katil. Then tetido..ade lar dlm 2 jam lps tuh aku t'jage hp 2 panas nk mati mmg aku rse lame lg ckit bole meletop! *siyes panas gile* tp aku tgk bateri x gerak. still mcm b4 charge less than 10% tp hp and battery panas mcm 2 apsal???

aku dgn takutnye (smbl bace2 doa) cabut charger and battery hp..(doa kot2 hp meletop mase aku pgg). Bodo kan samsung nih? Apple nk buat hp harge ribu riban ko pun nk buat..tp ko punye kualiti klh Cokia 3310!

Aku try2 google masalah bongok ni kt tenet rupenye rmi mengalami mslh yg same! Hah trimas lar samsung. Kalau aku jumpe CEO ke sape2 pgkt atas samsung tu mau aku pelangkong kpla diorg 3-4 kali.

Lagi satu masalah basic! Apsal samsung keypad asik hang je???

Things to Hate About Samsung Galaxy Note!

Grrrrr!!! Dah macam beruang lapar dh aku nih.

Yeah I'm terribly mad with samsung galaxy note performance and the whole of Samsung company! I'm galaxy note user since 1.1.2012. At first when I bought it, it was fine - always! But each new software update will give me headache and heartache (?)!

It's totally not worth it for RM2,300.00 for this kinda performance and quality!!!

Among the stoooooooopid (maknenye bodoh sgt lar tuh..) problems are:-

1) Videos keep missing from folder, no matter recorded video @ movies that I saved in the hp. Sometime all the vids just went missing. So I lost all my previous vids that I've recorded but didnt have the time to save for backup.

2) After latest software update 4.0.3 (right?), the screen sometime suddenly gone like screen of broken computer (the old way) or maybe old TV (mcm TV lame bile rosak sebelum kuar muke hantu kan? OK ape aku merepek).

it looks something like this. but without the tear part. just the lines. it's so damn frustrating coz it looks like my hp is broken!

3) After latest software update, the battery consumption is damn ridiculous. I have to charge my hp twice a day (even without playing games for more than half an hour). Before the last update I only needed to charge my hp once a day. Note: this is even when I've installed battery saver etc.

4) Before the last update, my hp would suddenly went off automatically. Sometime it happened few times a day. After the last update, the damn thing will restart automatically whenever it feels like doing so. WTH? It also happens few times a day!

5) The network (I'm a celcom user) just wont turn on. I dont think it's a network problem coz all I need to do is just to restart the hp then the network will be fine. Dah lar aku xde keje nk on/off hp tuh.

6) It's difficult to turn on the hp. Not enough with pressing the right side bar once. Need to click it for few secs and for few attempts. Lembap utk on faham x?

So, kadang2 memang ade fefeling nk campak je hp tu. Tp ibarat campak wang tunai RM2,300.00 dalam gaung! So x jadi campak. 

I know i'm not the ONLY person complaining about these damn problems! Ramai org yg dh complain tp samsung memang lembap amik action. Ko nk terkubur mcm blackberry and cokia ke thn dpn?!

My Small-Not-So-Tidy Office

Serabut gak lar tgk bilik nih..but i think i'm getting used to it..kadang2 t'sangkut lar kaki sane cni mase jln..klu tgh pregnant bhya jugak keje dlm bilik mcm ni..

atas kerusi..atas lantai..atas almari..all over the place is damn full of files..

bila cakap psl rumah pertama mampu milik..range harge lbh kurg RM150,000.00..itupon sempot nk bayar downpayment 10% i.e RM15,000.00..legal fees utk uruskan S&P rumah 1% dr harge rumah..blm msuk disbursement..stamp duty pon 1% dr harge rumah..loan documentation and charge documentation dgn bank blm msuk kos lg..alhamdulillah my fiance keje kt Astro byk panel bank..so ZEC utk panel bank FOC! hehe~

utk yg xtau..ZEC tu maknenye Zero Entry Costs / Moving Costs t'msuk lar kos legal fees bg loan documentation, stamping agreement dgn bank, disb etc. Lps kira2 td ade lar dlm RM6,000.00. So kat situ dh save RM6,000.00. (itupun kalau kitorg amik panel bank Astro).

Td dh pegi 3 banks utk survey psl housing loan package yg diorg ade..Al-Rajhi bank (4 bintang), RHB Islamic Bank (4 bintang), Bank Islam (2 bintang). Al-Rajhi and Bank Islam are panels for Astro, means ZEC free (as what the bank officers told me).

B'dsrkan survey2 td, lbh kurg stgh jam jugak lepak kt setiap 1 bank tu except utk Bank Islam, pakej2 utk housing loan (Islamic finance ye) bank2 t'sbut adlh spt berikut:- (keesahan dan ketepatan tidak dijamin memandangkan ia direkodkan dr perbualan dan Q&A session dgn bank officers - penulis x b'tanggungan bagi sebarang kesilapan / ketidaktepatan maklumat. Sila rujuk bank2 b'kenaan bagi maklumat yg tepat).

Loan amount: around RM150,000.00

Al-Rajhi Bank

1) Kadar profit rate bg amount financed is BFR (kdr semasa di Malaysia is 6.6% however Al-Rajhi's BFR follows international market and it's 6.9%) - 2.25% i.e: 4.65% on financed amount of RM150,000.00.
2) Maximum loan 90% from market value of property and not purchase price of property.
3) MRTT and w/o MRTT package made available to customer.
4) Strict requirement for applicant. Must have 3 months salary slip from same employer (this is only one of the requirement ye).
5) 1 name applicant yg b'gaji bersih lbh kurg RM2,400 - RM2,500 bole lps dgn tmph byr blk selama 15 thn. Monthly installment lbh kurg RM1,159.00 (w/o MRTT) - based on the bank officer's calculation.
6) Ceiling rate for BFR is 10%

RHB Islamic Bank

1) Kadar profit rate is IBR (same ler dgn BFR) 6.6% (follows M'sia's rate) - 2% (MRTT) @ -1.9% (w/o MRTT). So let say amik MRTT dlm 4.6% lar profit rate die..
2) Maximum loan amount 90% from market value of property and not purchase price of property.
3) MRTT and w/o MRTT package made available to customer.
4) Ceiling rate for IBR is 10.25%.
5) Applicant's requirement - if 1 name dlm S&P, and customer xde tanggungan lain (i.e hutang lain kt bank lain lar), kemungkinan bsr loan entitle utk dpt hanya 80% shj..if 2 nama dlm S&P dan loan 2 nama - seorang customer ade tanggungan lain cthnye kereta, boleh dpt 90% loan.
6) byrn blk bg tmph 15 thn dgn MRTT around RM1,215.15 sebulan. Manakala tenure 20 thn tp MRTT 15 thn shj byrn bln2 is around RM1,010.00.

Bank Islam (td pergi cawangan Kelana Jaya - servis plg teruk b'banding 2 bank di atas..we only spent like 5 min je sbb servis* truk sgt)

1) Profit rate is BFR 6.6% - 1.8% i.e 4.8% (highest among all 3).
2) Ceiling rate for BFR is 10.75% (highest among all 3).
3) Maximum financed amount is 90% from purchase price/market value of property (whichever is lower).
4) MRTT MUST cover the whole tenure period.

* servis - dr segi layanan, penerangan, berapa min menunggu sementara ade officer entertain, keramahan utk b'tny dgn lbh lnjt ttg property yg customer nk bli, dan yg adik beradik dgnnye).

So as for now, we are satisfied with Al-Rajhi and RHB's packages. Masing2 ade kelebihan yg a bit different here and there. Unless the representation by the bank officer is wrong, we are absolutely not taking Bank Islam's package.

Since my chambering period smpi lar skrg, I've been in 3 different offices..byk blaja bile slalu tkr ofis ni..trust me..blaja utk adapt dgn different surroundings..different work style..different bosses..different type of cases..tp byk2 ofis..ofis yg ke3 ni aku dpt bilik yg plg messy & xbest..(2 yg best jd lawyer..xkire lawyer bru ke lame dpt bilik sdiri..) xcaye aku dh amik dh gmbr bilik ni tp xle nk upload skrg sbb xde cable..tunggu r nnt aku tunjuk..adoi sakit kpla.. T______T

tips tukar ofis: make sure stiap kali tkr keje..kite b'alih ke tmpt yg lbh baik..higher offer doesnt necessarily means better place..sometime worst..but of course better offer akan lg motivate kite utk bekerja dgn lbh baik.. ;)

ok.this is not my office..if not dah tender resignation 1st day keje.. ;P

ok..even if i become a partner in this firm..mcm impossible to get this kinda office.. T____T super nice!!!
